1. Platform Role

Minute Medic is a connection platform, not an employer, staffing agency, or representative of any medic.

We verify credentials, but we do not:

• Schedule shifts
• Guarantee attendance
• Provide equipment, insurance, or payroll services

All employment, contract, and payment arrangements are between the employer and the medic.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

• If a medic cancels or fails to appear:
  Minute Medic bears no liability for lost time or costs. Employers may leave feedback to help others make informed choices.
• If an employer cancels a job post early:
  The post remains active for the purchased period — no refunds for early cancellations once posted.

3. Verification

• All medics undergo initial verification (tickets, credentials, and compliance).
• Employers are responsible for confirming insurance and worksite requirements before hire.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if a duplicate post or technical error occurred (e.g., double charge, system glitch).
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of charge, with proof of issue.

5. Code of Conduct

• All users (medics and employers) agree to professional, respectful communication.
• Misuse of profiles, false documentation, or harassment results in immediate removal from the platform.
