Step 1: Create an Account

All employers must hold an active membership to view verified medic profiles or post jobs.

Step 2: Post a Job

You can post openings for medics who are available for short-term or contract work.

• Standard posts remain active for 5 days.

• Exclusive members can keep listings up longer and gain priority visibility.

Each post includes the work location, schedule, and any specific qualifications or tickets required.

Step 3: Connect Privately

When a medic applies or responds to your posting, communication happens privately through our internal messaging system.

No personal phone numbers or emails are ever shown publicly.

Once both sides agree to connect, contact details may be shared through the secure system.

Minute Medic does not manage payroll, insurance, or scheduling.

Create your profile at no cost. Upload your credentials such as:

• EMR, OFA 3, or AFA certifications

• TDG, H2S Alive, and Common Safety Orientation

• First Aid certificates or other tickets

List your years of experience, regions you work in, and any equipment you personally supply.

Step 2: Verification

We verify your tickets and credentials so employers can trust your profile.

Verification may be done automatically or through a brief document review.

Step 3: Get Notified of Jobs

Once verified, you’ll see open positions that match your qualifications and preferred regions.

You can respond to posts or receive private invitations from employers with active memberships.

Step 4: Work Independently

All arrangements — pay rate, scheduling, travel — are between you and the employer.

Minute Medic does not interfere with contracts or act as an intermediary.
